am I supposed to sign with my finger?

i'm finding it almost impossible to make my signature with my finger, at least when I try to do an actual signature. I can write complete handwritten letters (not the way I sign) but there isn't nearly enough room to sign my entire name that way. Any suggestions? where are the instructions?

We realize it's difficult to sign with your finger if your signature is very complex.

Our advice is to simplify it a bit to fit the screen, but keep the essence.

Probably it's not a good idea if you just write some random letters or traits. The process recognizes the WAY you sign (speed, pressure, ...), not the final result. If you write a letter or symbol without a lot of training, the way you do it each time will vary and you won't be recognized.

Buenos días,

Después de actualizar mi Andoir de 2.2 a 4.04, ya no pude ingresar a la aplicación; Desinstale e instale la aplicación pero no logro desde la aplicación visualizar mis archivos encriptados.

 

Me pueden indicar que debo hacer para recuperar mis archivos?

For the past year I have been part of the beta testing team and I love the product but when is iris recognition going to come along?

Sorry for not answering before.

We keep working on improving the iris technology, so it meets all the expectations.

Yesterday we release a beta of a new service called BioWallet2Browser (http://www.mobbeel.com/products/biowallet2browser/overview/) and sent an email to the betatesters. As a part of this mail we sent a video showing the iris technology current state, here it is:

Username???

I don't remember being asked for a username when I set a password, but now I'm being asked for one! Is there a default username?

Hello,

The "username" is the only field required when you made the enrollment process (initial register). This is what you have to enter when the apps requires for it.

We've changed this behaviour for the next version so it will be no longer neccessary to enter your username everytime you access with the password.

Could not connect to server for communicating with BioWallet. Try again later...

Although seen on earlier posts (about 1 year ago), and it should be solved; I still get an "

Could not connect to server for communicating with BioWallet. Try again later..." error, when trying to connect a fresh install of Biowallet on my android (RAZR I) and Chrom browser (ext v 1.0.10).

Server problem or something else? Great product, but this is a problem for me, as new user. Any help/ suggestion? Loggin out/ in in extension does not solve the issue..

1) When I cut & paste records from base/"root" folder to Internet or Personal folder, the UI still show a ghost image of the record's icon in the base/"root" folder.
2) When I select my photo from Gallery for Personal info in Settings, the image is not updated. Anyway, don't see the point of having this info panel if it is embedded within the Settings.
