App does not show up in the market in Canada
The app does not show up in the Android Market in Canada (im with Rogers). Please expand the availability to all countries.

Save encrypted files to external sdcard
Seen as the internal sdcards of most phones are not very large, I would like to see the ability to save the data to the external sdcard

Hello,
When you encrypt a file using BioWallet the app asks you if you want to "move file to private zone" or "keep file into the sdcard".
If you select to keep it in the sdcard it will be encrypted in the same location as the original file (if its location is an external sdcard the file will be stored there).
If what you are suggesting is the ability to select the destination folder everytime you encrypt a file... this is a feature we already have in our roadmap (and we hope it will be implemented soon ;) .

could not connect to server for communicating with Biowallet
I am trying to get biowallet 2 browser to work, but it keep coming up with this message. what's wrong ?

Hi, after a lot of work we have been able to solve the issue.
Please ensure you have the latest Chome extension (1.0.8) that solves the problem. It should get updated automatically shortly, but you always can force the update with the "Update extensions now" option in the extension management page.
Please accept our apologies for this unacceptable disruption in the service. We are taking measures to make sure this won't happen again in the future.

Secure mail downloaded to the phone
I have tried to setup a record for mail. Is this just to store the connection information? I would at least just like to secure the downloaded emails. Is this best done through file encryption of the mail file if i can find it?

Hello lordicon,
As you say the mail record is intented for store the connection information.
If you want to store protect or encrypt any other information you should use attach it to the record using the attachment options (this information will be encrypted).
If you want to protect all your mails maybe it would be better if you protect the access to the mail application (there are apps on the market that could do that and BioWallet will have this feature in the near future ;)

how do you log out?
i was excited enter all this info an the app just stays open...i had to turn off my phone everytime to ask for my secured signature! uninstalled

By default, BioWallet uses the “inactivity time” concept. It is defined as the amount of time that BioWallet keeps you identified when you stop interacting with the application (assuming you don’t use “logout” option).
You can change this behaviour checking the option "Logout when locked" inside Settings/Security Settings. If you enable it, when the phone is blocked your inactivity time will expire and BioWallet’s session will end.

BioWallet server down?
