Importing Issue

I have used Bio wallet since my HTC Evo. I exported the file and imputed it to my Samsung Galaxy S4 and was successful. Now the same file (Bio wallet zip file) cannot be imported, it days file is corrupt and only gives me option to accept, which I do but them the system symbol just keeps going round and round staying that it is working but nothing happens.

I'm having the same issue, I have 2 backups and both says the same how can I fix it
