Card Telephone numbers

Alastair 14 years ago updated by Mobbeel 14 years ago 0
You allow 10 digits for the card telephone number. International numbers are 14 digits (at least for UK) and internal calls are 11 digits. So I cannot record a whole number!
I'd suggest that international numbers are best, as one may lose one's card abroad

Great idea, it's one of our planned features. However, we are also working on a "Secure Gallery" application that will ease the protection of pictures and videos using BioWallet encryption services.

No longer links to websties

Previous version had a "go" button that opened the website in the default browser and automatically saved the password to clipboard so all you have to remember is the user id. This was the second best feature the the app (first being the signature). Without this feature the app is horrible clunky going back and forth copying and pasting the link, then the user id, then the password. And if you goofed, the wallet probably already locked and you have to log in again. Please bring back the "go" button!!

Hello!

You're completely right. This will be available again in the next release with some improvements.

Until then, you can touch in the link of the summary screen (it is the one that appears if you navigate through the records with the trackball of your devices), and it will open the browser pointing to that url with the password copied into the clipboard (exactly the same that button "Go" did)

the app is too picky with me... and it should have a clear button if you mess up your signature

Usually I mess up my signature and its a pain to have to redo it. Alo I wrote my name in standard letters and its waay too picky... needs more slack than 20 percent...

Starting 0.4.0 version, you can restart the enrollment process using the option "Settings / Register your signature again".

too little space for phone numbers

Anonymous 14 years ago updated by Mobbeel 14 years ago 0
There. Is not enough space for number on the credit cards. This should not be difficult to change. I wasnt able to save any numbers because half a number is no usr. Otherwise i like the app

The field will have 15 digits for phone, and it will be available in the next release of BioWallet.

Thanks for the feedback.

Data stored

Alastair 14 years ago updated by Mobbeel 14 years ago 0
Where is the data stored please? I have discovered a user manual for the phone in the same folder, and so want to get to it to delete it, but cannot find it! Presumably it's on the SD card, is it?

Hello Alastair,

The record's information are stored in the private application area so no other app can access to them.

On the other side, attachments (any kind of file you want to attach to a record) can be stored, always encrypted, in two places depending on your choice in the dialog the app shows you when you're about to attach any file:

- The encrypted file can be stored in the same folder (in the sdcard) as the original file.
- Or it can be stored in the private application area (as well as the record's information).

It's completely up to you where you want to store your information ;)

Best regards,
Mobbeel Team.
