Hi,
Just thought id report the fact that I just got my signature wrong 3 times, got the rejected unknown user animation but was then allowed into the app anyway? Slightly worrying!

We have never been able to reproduce it. No reports received from any user.

Absolutely Brilliant App - Love it !
1.What about 'custom 'record types'
2.Help only in Spanish
3.Keyboard doesn't always change to correct alpha or numeric (e.g. credit card number not numeric?)
4. Doesn't accept 'debit' card numbers as valid though adding or sometime subtracting a 'space' helps.
5. 'description is needed' tip in credit card record is annoying
6. Spent some time clicking on note and pencil icon on main menu title bar thinking it would take me somewhere :)

1. Custom record types are in our roadmap but not for next releases. Is there any record type you miss in the app? other than "custom record" of course ;)
2. Help is available on the web in english (http://mobbeel.com/en/mobbeel/Products/biowallet/FAQ.html). It was a problem with the link on the app, it will be fixed for the next update.
3. We will review every record's field
4. The "General" type for the credit card record does not have validations. We've tested with some MasterCard's debit card and they work (it doesn't show the warning message) with "Master Card" credit card record. Nevertheless we will review it for the next update.

6. Sorry. This is just the system to inform users the biometric methods in which they are authenticated (they will be more biometric methods in the future ^_^)
Regarding the signature dynamic validation. The tolerance level is a little high so the people that are not used to sign on a touch screen were able to authenticate into BioWallet. That level of tolerance/security can be changed in the app's settings (Settings -> Signature Security Level). You can test your signature in the settings before actually changing the tolerance/security value.

Permit spaces or "-" (dashes) in Credit Card numbers
This would provide improved readability. Same with any telephone numbers (throughout the application).

BioWallet Signature Beta is already on the Android Market. It can be found searching "biowallet" on the Market.
There are problems with some rooted devices. They are not able to see some apps.
Anyway, BioWallet Signature Beta can be downloaded from our web (http://mobbeel.com/en/mobbeel/Products/biowallet.html), and it is exactly the same as the one available at the Market.

Error after update version
I updated recently the version of Biowallet in my HTC Hero via android market.
It used to run perfectly, but after the updated a error occurs everytime I try to execute it. I cannot access it at all, and i have some passwords ther!!!!!

don´t recognize JPG file (CAPS) extension.
image extension (JPG) must be renamed to lower letters (jpg) before encryption in order to be recognized (viewed) after encrypted.

Right now there is nothing to inform users of why an update is being made. How about a change log?

For now, we just have this "what's new" on the BioWallet's FAQ on the website (that's kind of change log, but we don't specify all the changes, just the important ones).
