Start App Under BioWallet Control
I have setup an application in BioWallet and I expected that I would have to authenticate in BioWallet prior to it's starting. So far, I seem to be able to start this app wether I have authenticated in BioWallet or not. Seems to have no effect. What I am looking for, is to set up an app in BioWallet so that it cannot be started from the Android home screen unless I sign into BioWallet. Is this a bug?

Hello Brian,
This is not a bug.
The main purpose of the application's record is to be able to launch an app directly from BioWallet, specially those that are password protected so you don't have to remember every password. You can store the password in the app's record and when you launch the app, the password will be copied into the clipboard for a few seconds and then disappear automatically.
However, the behaviour you was expecting is quite interesting and we will study if we could incorporate it to BioWallet (although we don't know at the moment if that's possible).

Import keeps failing
I keep getting the message "An error has occurred during import process" when attempting to import a .CSV file created from SplashID 3.42. I've verified the file is readable from Excel. Looks to me like that version of Splash does not put column headings on all of the data elements. If that is the problem, could you provide a template I could use to transfer the data to that will import to BioWallet sucessfully?

The import/export's problems of versión 0.4 have been resolved in the 0.5 version available on Android Market. Now, everything should work properly.

Data Restore Problem
I couldn't restore my data from Samsung Galaxy Note 2 to Note 3, it said the biowallet zip file is corrupted even if I generated a new one. How can I transfer the data?

Sorry, but BioWallet Signature only provides handwritten signature recognition. We are still working on iris recognition but it's not ready yet for the market.

I change my passwords every couple of months or so and I cannot find out how to do it in your app.

Hi,
You should use the option "Register your signature again" from the app's settings (we know this name for the setting option was not the most intuitive. We'll change it for the next release).
This options lets you modify your initial register/sign-up in the app, you can modify your signature and your password, keeping all your information stored properly.
If you use this options the wizard will show a screen with the access method you’ve used to authenticate enabled. The wizard will guide you in the re-register process, the same as it did in the initial enrollment.
For security reasons you just can modify the current authenticated method. (the method you've used to log in).

Hola, actualmente cuento con la version 1.7 de BioWallet, la cual es la unica que en la fecha se encuentra en el Play Store, quisiera usar la aplicacion en conjunto con el BioWallet2Browser, para esto necesito si me pueden ayudar con una serie de preguntas sobre el uso de estas aplicaciones:
- ¿se cuenta con una version mas reciente, si la hay, donde y como la podria obtener'?.
- ¿donde puedo averiguar con que cuenta se encuentra registrada la primera aplicacion?, debido a que es necesario saberlo para registrar las segunda aplicacion.
- ¿se puede cambiar la cuenta incial con la que se registro la primera aplicacion?, esto debido a que ya no he usado y no deseo usar referida cuenta.
Todo esto, debido a que he intentado en repetidas ocaciones vincular las dos aplicaciones con la extencion Google Chrome en un ordenador tal y como se muestra en el video de auyda que se encuentra en la pagina de BioWallet, sin obtener resultado satisfactorios al respecto, debido a que cuando termino el proceso no se muestra la barra desplazadora ni el icono de BioWallet, asimismo para la actualizacion de la aplicacion y usarlas con una cuenta que actualmente si deseo usar.....Agradeceria mucho la ayuda. When I try to connect Google Chrome with BioWallet at my Android (version 2.3) the following error message appears:

Hi, after a lot of work we have been able to solve the issue.
Please ensure you have the latest Chome extension (1.0.8) that solves the problem. It should get updated automatically shortly, but you always can force the update with the "Update extensions now" option in the extension management page.
Please accept our apologies for this unacceptable disruption in the service. We are taking measures to make sure this won't happen again in the future.
