This is not a bug.
The main purpose of the application's record is to be able to launch an app directly from BioWallet, specially those that are password protected so you don't have to remember every password. You can store the password in the app's record and when you launch the app, the password will be copied into the clipboard for a few seconds and then disappear automatically.
However, the behaviour you was expecting is quite interesting and we will study if we could incorporate it to BioWallet (although we don't know at the moment if that's possible).
You should use the option "Register your signature again" from the app's settings (we know this name for the setting option was not the most intuitive. We'll change it for the next release).
This options lets you modify your initial register/sign-up in the app, you can modify your signature and your password, keeping all your information stored properly.
If you use this options the wizard will show a screen with the access method you’ve used to authenticate enabled. The wizard will guide you in the re-register process, the same as it did in the initial enrollment.
For security reasons you just can modify the current authenticated method. (the method you've used to log in).

I am not able to log in using my signature on my samsung galaxy S3. I had done a firmware upgrade to Jelly Bean (4.1.1). I have tried signature several times. But did not suceed and I am afraid I need some data urgently.

Could you suggest an alternate way. I have only signature encryption. Can I back up the data if I want to try reinstalling Biowallet? There are no setting menus for me to access
