It is something we are considering, but we are not sure if the best option would be PC-based or Web-based, what do you think?

How do I restore data?
My phone crashed and I had to restore everything. Is there a way to restore my biowallet data? I have backups of the SD card from before the crash.

Hello,
We are afraid that with the sdcard backup it not possible to restore BioWallet data, unless you've done an export using BioWallet.
You can see how to export/import your private information in the biowallet's faq #13 & #14 (http://www.mobbeel.com/products/biowallet/faq/)

WiFi Sync
I am in the USAF, stationed in S Korea: therefore I can't get phone service (3G).
I do have WiFi capability, which allows me to sync other items on my phone (i.e. now just a PDA).
I tried to save a password w/BioWallet (PC to Phone) today and it never finds my phone.
it came back with this error: "Could not connect to BioWallet. Please check your phone is on and with connectivity"
Is it because I'm on a S Korean server?

Multi-user?
I was looking for an android App that analyzes the user signature and then launches a web site. BioWallet is perfect for it!
However, I need that the App does this for several users on the same device. Is it posible for BioWallet to do this?

work around with app, and logout
hi, awsome app, but..... it does not pop up with signature when i try to open an app i have encrypted (normal way)..... it would be awsome to have a autologout function, or when i tap the home button

Hello,
At this moment BioWallet Signature does not protect/encrypt the access to others apps. The app's record in BioWallet is designed so you can store your access data (user/pass) and so you can launch the application from within BioWallet (the password is automatically copied into the Android's clipboard).
About the autolog function you have two options right now:
1) Use the "Inactivity Time" setting. This inactivity time sets the time that your session in BioWallet will remain open with no user activity. Once that time has passed, BioWallet will ask for your signature again in you want to access to your information.
2) Enable the setting "Logout when locked". This will close your BioWallet's session if the phone is locked (either by you or by the device automatically).

Syncing Issues.
I am trying to sync with my devices and it just sits there and never syncs. Also, when I try to add items it does the same thing. How can I resolve this issue cause I love this app and only started having this problem when I had my phone replaced. Thanks for all the hard work.
